ICGN Stewardship Fundamentals - 08:00 (BST), 15:00 SGT, 17:00 AEST.
About the event
This course is perfect for the international community of stewardship professionals. These professionals may work with (or advise) institutional investors, including both asset managers and asset owners. The course is also of value to companies, service providers, regulators and standard setters looking for a conceptual understanding of what stewardship means and how it is implemented in practice. It maps accepted best practice, set out in ICGN’s own Stewardship Principles, with practical advice from experienced practitioners.
This will be delivered in three approximately 2.5 hour sessions over the course of a week. The webinar format provides course participants the opportunity for live interaction with the instructors and other participants. See feedback from past attendees.
Available as an individual course, Stewardship Fundamentals forms part of the ICGN Certificate in Governance, Stewardship and Sustainability, accredited through our partnership with Bryant University.
This course will be held from 08:00-10:30 London time (BST), 15:00 - 17:30pm SGT and 17:00 - 19:30pm AEST.
“I had the pleasure of taking the ICGN Governance, Stewardship and Sustainability course, and I must say that it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The course was expertly designed and delivered by highly experienced professionals in the field, who provided in-depth insights into the latest developments and best practices in corporate governance and stewardship.
What I appreciated most about the course was its emphasis on practical application. The trainers presented real-world case studies and encouraged active participation, enabling me to apply the concepts I learned to my own work. The quality of the training was exceptional, with engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and comprehensive materials that were both informative and easy to follow.
Overall, I highly recommend the ICGN training course to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in corporate governance.” - Stanley Soosur - Country Head, Glass Lewis
