ICGN Academic-Practitioner Seminar
About the event
ICGN will be joined by expert academics in the fields of corporate governance as we discuss two recent papers, highlighting the emergence of welfarist corporate governance and corporate fraud. Taking place at the ICGN Annual Toronto Conference, this seminar will serve to bridge understandings of corporate governance for those who view it from an academic lens, and for those who put it into practice.
To attend this discussion, register for our Annual Conference.
