Victoria Sant

Victoria is Managing Director of the Investor Forum.  The Investor Forum is a not-for-profit organisation set up to facilitate collective engagements with UK-listed companies, and counts amongst its members many of the UK’s largest investment firms. 

Victoria is a member of the National Trust’s Investment Committee, and chairs of the Stewardship and Engagement Working Group.  She is also chair of the Investment Committee of the Global Crop Diversity Trust,

In other roles, Victoria is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Dutch sustainable global equity manager Ownership Capital BV, and a Non-Executive Director of Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc.

Victoria started her career as an investment consultant, providing advice to UK clients.  She moved to the Wellcome Trust in 2005 where she managed the £20bn endowment’s portfolio of outsourced equity managers, and oversaw the stewardship of the directly managed equity holdings.  She was also a member-nominated Trustee of the Wellcome Trust Pension Plan.
