Toshiaki Oguchi

2007年9月パートナーとしてGO Investment Partners Group LLP (GO)に参加。前職の日本生命グループでは、 日本、米国及び英国にて20年以上勤務し、2002年から2003年は英国に滞在、Hermes Pensions Management でアジア太平洋担当のコーポレートガバナンス・マネージャー。現在代表取締役を務めるガバナンス・フォー・オーナーズ・ジャパンは、ロンドン所在のGOが60%、東京海上アセットマネジメントが40%出資するジョイント・ベンチャ―で、株主としてのエンゲージメントとスチュワードシップ責任を果たすことで、日本における上場企業の長期的価値の創造を目指す専門家集団である。経済産業省「伊藤レポートプロジェクト」、金融庁「日本版スチュワードシップ・コードに関する有識者検討会」、金融庁／東京証券取引所「スチュワードシップ・コード及びコーポレートガバナンス・コードのフォローアップ会議」等のメンバーを歴任し、国連責任投資原則（PRI）の報告評価諮問委員も務める。「株式投資家が会社に知って欲しいこと」（共著）などの著書・論文がある。

Toshiaki Oguchi joined GO Investment Partners Group LLP (GO, formerly Governance for Owners) as a partner in September 2007 from Nippon Life Group, where he had more than 20 years’ business experience in Japan, the US and the UK. From 2002 to 2003, he was based in the UK as the Asia-Pacific corporate governance manager at Hermes Pensions Management. Governance for Owners Japan KK (GO Japan) is a joint venture which is owned 60% by GO in London and 40% by Tokio Marine Asset Management in Tokyo. He leads the executive team of GO Japan as its representative director. GO Japan is a specialist in adding long-term value to publicly quoted equities in Japan by means of shareowner engagement and stewardship techniques. He is a member of several government-led corporate governance initiatives in Japan, including the METI Ito Review Project, the Council of the Stewardship Code, the Council of the Corporate Governance Code and the Council of the Follow-up of the both Codes. He is also a member of the PRI Reporting and Assessment Steering Committee. He has authored some papers and books including “Things that stock investors want companies to know”.
