Biography
Pete is responsible for the advancement and oversight of the firm’s active ownership practices in public markets, including the alignment of the firm’s sustainable investment agenda with company engagement and proxy voting. Prior to joining the firm, he was a lead corporate governance analyst at Fidelity Investments. Pete’s primary responsibilities at Fidelity included engagement with equity portfolio companies on corporate governance, execution of proxy voting decisions, and research and development of proxy voting policies.
