Jessica Donohue

Jessica is an industry known innovator with over 20 years of experience in financial services. She is responsible for leading State Street’s sustainability and impact priorities in support of its purpose to help create better outcomes for the world’s investors and the people they serve. As a thought leader and advisor to our businesses, clients, and the industry at large, Jessica and her team develop insights for executive leaders as they navigate the evolution of the industry, macro forces, and the their own sustainability journey.

Jessica has held several global leadership positions including Head of the Asset Owner Segment, Head of the Global Clients Division (GCD) responsible for building strategic relationships with State Street’s largest and most complex clients, Head of Performance and Analytics, and Head of State Street Associates, State Street’s partnership with leading academics.

She has held teaching positions at Brandeis University and University of Minnesota. Her research has been published in the International Economic Review, the Emerging Markets Review and Finance Research Letters. She currently sits on a number of private and nonprofit boards including FNZ Trust Company, Berklee City Music Advisory Board, which provides educational opportunities for talented youth in underserved communities, and All In Together, which encourages women to engage in America’s civic and political life.
