Geraldine Leegwater

Drs. G.A.C. (Geraldine) Leegwater CFA is, since November 2020 Chief Investment Management and member of the Executive Committee of the Dutch pension fund service provider PGGM. Before Geraldine was Member of the Board of Trustees and chairman of the Investment Committee of ABP.

Between 2004 and 2018, Geraldine was first Chief Investment Officer of ABN AMRO Pensioenfonds and later Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO Pensioenfonds. She also served as a member of the Supervisory investment committee of the Dutch Central Bank and is an academic director for the executive education on pension- and investment management at the ESAA/ Erasmus University.

In the past, Geraldine served as a member of the investment committees of DSM Pensionfund, Atos Origin Pensionfund and PWRI Pensionfund. She was a member of the supervisory board of UWV Pensionfund. And also member of the investment committee and chairman of the riskmanagement committee of the Federation of the Dutch Pension Funds.

Geraldine (1971) has a degree in Economics and Eastern European Studies and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and certified EFFAS ESG analyst.
