Biography

Eric Wetlaufer provides counsel as an investor, director and advisor to a
range of large public to smaller private companies, with a particular focus
on technology and financial sectors. He is Managing Partner of TwinRiver
Capital, an Impact Investment firm with the dual mission of advancing
positive environmental and societal impact globally, as well as delivering
strong financial returns.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the TMX Group, IMCO,
Enterra Solutions and Niyogin Fintech, and is a past director of the UNsupported
PRI and past president of the CFA Society Boston.

A seasoned institutional investor, he was responsible for leading the CPP
Investment Board’s Public Market Investments department, a multi-strategy
platform of 220 portfolio managers analysts and traders investing globally
over C$180 billion in publicly-traded assets and related derivatives. Prior to
joining CPPIB in 2011, he was the Group Chief Investment Officer,
International at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts.

He earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut, is a
Chartered Financial Analyst, achieved the ESG Competent Boards
Certificate and is a certified member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate
Directors.
