Dimitri Romessis

Dimitri is Corporate Governance Advisor for Assogestioni, the Italian Investment Management Association. He serves within the secretariat of the Investment Managers’ Committee and of Assogestioni’s Corporate Governance Committee, and is a member of the Drafting Group of the Technical Secretariat of the Italian Corporate Governance Committee. He sits within the Italian and Foreign Capital Market Observatory of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Auditors and participates in the ESG and Stewardship Standing Committee of EFAMA. Dimitri graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and is a qualified lawyer in Italy.
