Cordula Heldt

Cordula Heldt is Head of Corporate Governance and Company Law at Deutsches Aktieninstitut, which represents the interests of publicly traded companies, banks, stock exchanges and investors. Since 2013 she is also Head of Secretariat to the Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code (Regierungskommission Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex). Cordula is member of the working groups “corporate governance” and “company law” at EuropeanIssuers and the European Corporate Governance Codes Network (ECGCN). She has studied law and completed her doctorate in Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt. She is author of numerous expert articles in legal literature and her practical experience includes membership on the supervisory board of a non-listed company.
