Dr. Christoph Wenk Bernasconi

Christoph Wenk Bernasconi is a Senior Partner at SWIPRA Services AG and Lecturer / Project Manager at the Finance Executive Education Center of the University of Zurich.

Christoph is a founding member of SWIPRA Services and responsible for the scientific approach of its projects and analyses. He is co-author of the “SWIPRA Considerations for Corporate Governance”, of the Whitepaper on corporate governance from the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) and of a book chapter on the development of shareholder structure and power in Switzerland.
