Biography
Bram Hendriks works as European Client Relations Manager for the law firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check. In this role he advises European institutional investors about U.S. class action litigation as well as securities litigation in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Bram also advises on corporate governance issues and strategies for active investment.
Before joining Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, he was responsible for corporate governance and active stewardship at NN Investments Partners and oversaw corporate governance activities for a large pension fund manager.
Bram co-chaired the International Corporate Governance Network’s Shareholder Rights Committee from 2010 -2021 and is nowadays a member of its Global Stewardship Committee .
