Beth Byington

Beth Byington is a Senior Account Manager at MSCI where she is responsible for strategic engagement with key clients across all product lines (Index, Analytics, ESG, Real Estate). In this role she is responsible for full oversight of these relationships and interfaces with senior decision-makers to position MSCI as a preferred partner.

Prior to her current role, Beth spent nine years in MSCI’s Index Client Coverage organization where she held a number of leadership roles including Head of Index Licensing for Broker/Dealers, Hedge Funds, and Third-Party Distribution partners. In these positions she was responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and developing new commercial frameworks and initiatives. Beth is also actively involved with MSCI’s Women’s Leadership Forum, for which she serves on the global steering committee.

Before MSCI Beth worked at Lehman Brothers on the Equity Research Sales desk supporting Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. Beth started her career in the Information Technology sector as a Management Consultant at IBM and later at Deutsche Bank.

Beth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
