Biography

Barnali Choudhury is a Professor of Law and the Director of the Jack & Mae Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is the author of numerous books, including most recently The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights: A Commentary (Edward Elgar, 2023), as well as the author of numerous articles and book chapters. She is frequently invited to give talks across the globe and has acted as a media commentator. She has testified before British Parliament, spoken at the United Nations, and her work has been cited by governments, international organizations and international arbitral tribunals.
