Anthony Goodman is an experienced adviser to non-executive directors and c-suite executive teams in the US and Europe, specializing in the alignment of leaders and organizations for effective corporate governance and improved relationships with stakeholders. Anthony is currently a member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Board Effectiveness Practice. He was previously a partner with Tapestry Networks, Inc. where he lead the corporate governance practice and was founder and Co-Chair of the Shareholder-Director Exchange (SDX). For five years from 2009-2014, Anthony wrote the Leading View column for the Financial Times. Before joining Tapestry, Anthony was CEO of Omnicom Group subsidiary Smythe Dorward Lambert, Inc (SDL), a boutique consultancy specializing in change management, culture change, and employee communication. Under his leadership, SDL developed its business in Europe and the United States, ultimately merging with global public relations agency Porter Novelli. Anthony was educated at New College, Oxford University, where he gained a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and was elected President of the Oxford Union, the world’s oldest and most prestigious debating society.
