The Nasdaq Center for Corporate Governance is a global information hub that integrates expertise, insights, and technology to accelerate the understanding of corporate governance and sustainable business practices. The ambition of the Governance Center is to support the work of boards, senior executives, and governance professionals at public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

Kellie advises boards and management teams on corporate practices and investor expectations around corporate governance and environmental and social practices. Her work includes research, the creation of thought leadership and related materials, and stakeholder engagement.

Kellie serves on the Advisory Board of the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance, and is an officer of the Middle Atlantic chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. Previously she served on the Council of Institutional Investors’ Markets Advisory Council.

Kellie helped establish the EY Center for Board Matters (CBM), where her responsibilities included the creation of thought leadership and benchmarking, oversight of CBM’s research and data operations, and collaborations with external and internal stakeholders.

Kellie previously worked in investment banking and corporate finance. She started her corporate governance career in 2005, when she joined Proxy Governance. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from the College of William and Mary.
