Shigeru Uchigasaki

ＨＲガバナンス・リーダーズ代表取締役社長CEO。早稲田大学大学院法学研究科修士課程および商学研究科修士課程修了。日本で初となるサステナビリティ・ガバナンスの実現を目指すコンサルティング会社「ＨＲガバナンス・リーダーズ」（HRGL）を設立し、日本発の多くのグローバル企業のボードアドバイザリーに携わる他、メディアやアカデミアでの提言等を通じて日本企業のガバナンス改革をリードする。『サステナビリティ・ガバナンス改革』『サステナビリティ情報開示ハンドブック』等、著書・論文・講演多数。

Shigeru Uchigasaki is President, CEO of Human Resources Governance Leaders (HRGL) Co., Ltd., the first consulting firm to focus on realizing corporate sustainability governance in Japan. He has delivered board advisory services for a number of global companies from Japan and is a leader in governance reform in Japanese companies by sharing his opinions in the media and academia. Shigeru has a LL.M. from the Waseda University Graduate School of Law and a M.A. in Commerce from the Graduate School of Commerce at Waseda University. He is the author of numerous books, articles, and speeches, including “Sustainability × Governance” and “The Handbook of Sustainability Disclosure”.
