ICGN Members promote high standards of investor stewardship and have publicly demonstrated this by endorsing ICGN’s Global Stewardship Principles as well as adopting practices recommended in national codes.
About
The ICGN Global Stewardship Principles (GSP) first published in 2003, provide an international framework for investors to implement their fiduciary obligations on behalf of clients and beneficiaries. The Principles, along with the ICGN Model Mandate published in 2012, have been emulated in markets around the world, most notably in Asia and Europe. The ICGN GSP were last updated in 2020 and are reviewed periodically.
ICGN Members, as listed below, promote high standards of investor stewardship and have publicly demonstrated this by endorsing ICGN’s Global Stewardship Principles as well as adopting practices recommended in national codes. The GSP are aspirational standards, applied in a flexible manner as appropriate to the individual circumstances of each individual investor.
