Biography

Erin Dwyer is a partner with Tapestry Networks where she leads the firm’s Audit Committee Networks in Europe and North America, bringing together and facilitating discussions among non-executive directors of the world’s largest, global companies on financial reporting issues, risk, governance, and board effectiveness and leadership.

For over two decades, Ms. Dwyer has held various roles at the intersection of corporate governance, policy, finance, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Tapestry, she was the deputy director of external affairs at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where she served as the Board’s liaison to investors, audit committee members, and preparers.

Previously, she was managing director of stakeholder engagement and communications at the Center for Audit Quality, where she led strategic initiatives to build and strengthen relationships with key capital markets participants and governance leaders. Ms. Dwyer also spent eight years as a sell-side analyst on Prudential Financial’s equity research team and served as a senior vice president of client development at Cooley LLP, an Am Law 100 law firm.

Ms. Dwyer earned her B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
