Cassandra Traeger

Cassie joined Columbia Threadneedle’s Responsible Investment team in January of 2022 and is currently the governance lead for EMEA and APAC. Her role focuses on global corporate governance engagement, analysis, and voting, and she works closely with the investment teams to produce value-enhancing outcomes that support clients’ investment objectives. Thematically, Cassie also focuses on company engagement centred on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle, she worked at both Glass Lewis and ISS, where she supported institutional investors’ proxy voting efforts with a focus on bespoke ESG voting guidelines and analysis.
