Anne-Marie spent a large part of her career in asset management companies, first at BNP Paribas Asset Management, then as Head of Legal Department at AGF Asset Management (now Allianz Global Investors). She was Chief Legal Officer, member of the Executive Committee at the Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites (FRR), the French Reserve Fund. Since January 2022, she is working as expert in the Legal and Tax Department of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the biggest French public institution. She is specialised in real assets. Anne-Marie previously served on the ICGN Board of Governors.

Christine is Managing Director and the Global Head of Active Ownership at Credit Suisse Asset Management. She has 26 years’ experience in investment management, research & consulting, with a focus on technology and sustainability.
Her PhD thesis on responsible investment was short-listed for a United Nations award in Sweden for industry relevance and academic excellence. She is a board member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), an organization led by investors responsible for assets under management in excess of $US 70 trillion from over 39 countries and territories. She was appointed an honorary adviser to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) Hong Kong in April 2021, and the Convenor (Chair) of the AFRC Sustainability and Climate Action Task Force (SCATF) in February 2022.
She is an Emeritus Governor of the London School of Economics (LSE), following the completion of her six-year term as a Member of Court and Investment Committee (2015-2021). She was a member in the Data Governance Task Force of the UK All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Artificial Intelligence (2018 – 2021); and an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2014 - 2016), where she established the first tri-modal graduate course on social entrepreneurship and impact investing, supported by funds from family foundation and the Hong Kong government.
She was named top 30 Inspirational Women in the City of London. She won the Finance Monthly Women in Finance Award as the Investment Management Leader of the Year (Asia). In 2022, she won the Sustainable and ESG Investment Woman of the Year Women in Investment Award (large firms) of InvestmentWeek.
Christine is a graduate of the London School of Economics and the University of Melbourne. She completed an executive education course on financial engineering at Stanford University. She previously worked at global asset managers such as Schroders and Federated Hermes.

The Institute of Moroccan Directors
Lamia is the executive director of the Moroccan Institute of Directors (IMA) since 2012. She worked with national and international partners on establishing in 2013 a pioneering certificate training program for board directors in Morocco, which comprises today over 400 certified directors. She also work with listed companies, pension funds, SOEs and financial institutions to develop board evaluation tools and trainings tailored to the new requirements of local regulators. She was instrumental in expanding the governance-training program to West Africa region through a partnership with INAD-CI (the local Institute of Directors of Côte d’Ivoire) resulting in providing certified training program to the 283 board members of State-owned enterprises in Côte d’Ivoire in 2019-2020.
Lamia authored and co-authored several articles (Huffpost, national financial media outlets) and reports on corporate governance issues including a chapter in the publication “Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets” (Springer, 2014). Prior to her appointment at IMA, Lamia served as the special advisor of the CEO of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion from 2009 until 2015. She started her career in 2004 managing development-related projects in various international organizations in France and Morocco: Parliamentary Network on the World Bank, American Bar Association and the UNDP-Global Environment Facility. Lamia was awarded the ICGN scholarship in 2013. She earned a master’s degree in international affairs in 2001 and a post-graduate degree in applied economics from Sciences Po Paris (IEP Paris).

Joyce Haboucha has managed global investment portfolios for more than thirty-five years, most recently as a Managing Director of Rockefeller & Co. of New York City where she managed the Sustainability Group. Since 1998, she has focused exclusively on Sustainability and Impact Investing incorporating environmental, social and governance criteria. At Rockefeller, she led the firm’s Active Ownership program which involved setting and implementing policy on proxy voting and engagement with companies on a wide range of concerns.
From 1987 to 1997, Joyce was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Director of Socially Responsive Investment Services at Neuberger Berman where she developed and managed the firm’s socially responsive practice and its first socially responsive mutual fund. Prior to that, she had been a Vice President and Group Head of Personal Trust Investment at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and a Senior Investment Officer and Manager of Research at Union Trust Company.
Joyce is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of New York. She serves on the Board of CDP North America, on the Advisory Boards of the Heron Foundation’s Community Investment Index and the International Corporate Governance Network. She is an Ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Council Working Group. She has also been a member of the Investment Policy Committee of the Financial Women’s Association and the Advisory Committee of the Socially Responsible Investment Fund of the Haas Business School of the University of California at Berkeley.
She is a former chairperson of the Social Venture Network and has served on the Investment Committee of the United Methodist Church, the Board of FTSE4GOOD USA Advisory Committee and several non-profit organizations.
Joyce received her B.A. in Comparative Literature from Columbia University and pursued graduate studies in finance at Pace University. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York and International Societies of Security Analysts.

Chris Pinney is the founding president of High Meadows Institute, a Boston-based think tank exploring the changing role of corporate and financial sector leadership and responsibility in the 21st century. Chris brings to the Institute over twenty-five years of experience working with C-suite executives nationally and internationally on corporate leadership in society. As president of HMI, Chris has led the development of the Institute’s Future of Corporate Governance and Future of Capital Markets projects, which bring together corporate and financial sector leaders in designing frameworks for corporate governance and sustainable capital markets equal to the challenges and expectations of the 21st century.
Prior to the Institute, Chris was President at the Alliance for Business Leadership, a non-partisan alliance of CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs and investors, and a Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute Business and Society Program, where he led the development of the Aspen Leaders Forum.
Previously, Chris was Director of Research and Policy and Executive Education at Boston College Carroll School of Management’s Center for Corporate Citizenship, where he worked with Global 500 companies on corporate strategy and sustainability.
Prior to joining Boston College, Chris was Director of Imagine Canada, an initiative that brought together Canada’s leading CEOs and over 600 companies to define an expanded role for business leadership based around a set of sustainable business principles and commitments.
Chris has an extensive background in international and community development, serving as Vice President of the Canadian Council for International Cooperation (now Cooperation Canada) and Chair of the Brussels-based International Council for Development Action (now CIVICUS).
Chris has a BA (Hons) from McGill University and is an RSA Fellow.
John Stout

John Stout represents family-owned, closely-held and publicly-owned businesses in governance, sustainability (ESG) and social responsibility (CSR), financial and international business matters.
John practices in business organization, finance and governance at Fredrikson & Byron P.A., a Minneapolis-based law firm with offices in Iowa, North Dakota, Mexico and China. From 2011 to 2014 he was Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee (CGC) of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. He is a member of the Section’s Governing Council and serves as Vice Chair of the Section’s Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility (focusing primarily on business sustainability matters) and Co-Chair of the CGC’s Artificial Intelligence Sub-Committee.
John Co-Chairs Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainability and Social Responsibility Groups, as well as co-chairing the firm’s working group on Artificial Intelligence. He is also a member of the firm’s Corporate, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and International Groups. He advises executives, boards, board committees and individual directors and officers of for-profit and nonprofit organizations on domestic and international governance, risk assessment, indemnification and insurance, legal compliance, internal investigations, board and director evaluations and performance improvement, business sustainability and social responsibility matters, oversight of Artificial Intelligence usage, and the legal implications of business strategies and decisions.
John serves as a director of several nonprofit and for-profit corporations. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors (and co-founder of its Minnesota Chapter), the Center for International Private Enterprise and a former Trustee of Carleton College.
John is an Adjunct Professor, co-teaching a governance course, at the University of St. Thomas Law School in Minneapolis and frequently writes and speaks on corporate governance subjects. He has also served as an expert witness on governance matters.
John is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the American College of Governance Counsel. In 2018, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Corporate Governance from Twin Cities Business. He is also a member of the University of St. Thomas Twin Cities Artificial Intelligence Roundtable.

Robert joined the Old Mutual Investment Group Responsible Investment team in October 2014, as a Governance and Engagement Manager. He is responsible for proxy voting and engagement, representing Old Mutual Investment Group on various industry bodies and championing responsible investment for the OM group. Robert’s legal and corporate governance background enables him to bring his knowledge of law and negotiation skills to the fore in promoting clients’ interests. Prior to joining the Responsible Investment team, he was a legal advisor at Old Mutual Investment Group for seven years. Robert has fourteen years of work experience in the legal profession and asset management industry. He holds a BBusSci LLB (UCT) and is an Attorney of the High Court.
