Andrew Gebelin

Andrew Gebelin is a director in Investment Stewardship, responsible for leading engagements across various sectors and for policy development in the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He joined Vanguard in 2021.

Previously, Andrew worked at Glass Lewis & Co., where he was responsible for research, engagement,
and stewardship activities related to the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In his 15 years at Glass
Lewis & Co., he managed a research staff of more than 100, developed policies on emerging environmental,
social, and governance issues, advised institutional investor clients, and engaged with hundreds of
companies, industry associations, and regulators.

Andrew earned a B.A. in international relations and Spanish
from Whitworth University and an M.B.A. from University College Dublin’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business
School.
