Andrea Tweedie

Andrea Tweedie is the Acting Head of Stewardship in the Corporate Governance and Stewardship team at the UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC). Andrea oversees the assessment process for UK Stewardship Code signatories and stewardship policy development. The UK Stewardship Code has 254 signatories, representing £46.4tn assets under management. Previously Andrea worked in the FRC’s Financial Reporting Lab specialising in non-financial and ESG reporting matters, including climate, workforce, business model, and risk reporting.
