Biography
Aarti Ramachandran is the Environmental Thematic Lead within UBS’ Sustainable Investments team. Prior to joining UBS, she headed up research and engagements at FAIRR, a network of institutional investors. She has over 15 years of experience in the climate and ESG space, including in her role as public and government affairs advisor for ExxonMobil for several years. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in environmental engineering from Northwestern University (USA), Master of journalism (University of Missouri, Columbia) and an Master of Arts in International policy (Columbia University, New York).
