The benefits of joining the ICGN

As a member of the International Corporate Governance Network, you will be joining a worldwide network of people who are leaders in their countries in both the practice and theory of corporate governance.

You will have access to ICGN reports and you can participate in the activities of ICGN committees that develop these reports on behalf of the Network.

	participate in the ICGN's work programme through consultations and its committees, contributing to the development of best practice and policy proposals;
	receive the ICGN's Yearbook, newsletter and discussion papers regularly;
	access to the contact details of other network members (see menu on the left regarding the divulging of personal information);
	have the opportunity to attend and vote at the AGM in person or by proxy;
	have the opportunity to be elected to the board of the ICGN;
	have the opportunity to be invited to become a member of an ICGN committee, thereby helping to shape our representation in different markets.

There are two types of member: the Individual Member and the Organisational Member, the latter being those whose subscription is paid by an organization that employs the member or to which the member belongs.

The membership fee for 2008 is UK £350.00
