"Many developing and emerging countries are facing problems in the practical implementation of corporate governance. Every country wants to develop and grow their economic and industrial status but they don't have the most effective corporate governance system to do so. The ICGN could benefit from appointing scholars as a liaison person to their country to update fellow members on developments via the internet and at the Annual Conference to highlight achievements and progress."
