a staff of 300 and a budget of £60 million. He was

Davis is president of Davis Global Advisors (DGA),
the leading consultancy specializing in international
corporate governance. In 1988, Dr. Davis pioneered the

Foran is Vice President-Corporate Governance, and
Secretary of Pfizer Inc. Prior to joining Pfizer in July
1997, she was an Associate General Counsel and Assistant
Secretary of ITT Corporation and a Vice President, Assistant
General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for J. P. Morgan
& Co., Inc., as well as Secretary of Morgan Guaranty
Trust Company of New York. She is a Member

of Jones Day, serves as Co-Director of the Executive Education
Programs at Stanford Law School, and does private consulting
for corporations. He was formerly Deputy Executive Officer

is Editor of The Corporate Library,
an independent research firm that rates boards of directors,
with headquarters in Portland, Maine, and co-author of
three books, most recently the 3rd edition of the MBA

Simpson (ex officio) is the ICGN's first
Executive Director. For the five years before taking up
this role in November 2004, she was Head of the Secretariat
at the Global Corporate Governance Forum, an organisation
founded by the World Bank and the OECD to support governance
reform in developing and emerging markets. |

Strenger is a Board Member of DWS Investment GmbH
and Fraport AG (Frankfurt), Incepta plc (London) and Chairman
of The Germany Funds (New York). From 1991 to 1999, he

Wilcox is Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate

of Georgeson Shareholder Communications Inc where he specialized

global proxy voting and the Internet. |

Ann Yerger
is Executive Director of the Council
of Institutional Investors (CII). Founded in 1985, the
Council is an organization of more than 140 public, corporate,
and Taft-Hartley pension funds which manage in aggregate
over $3.0 trillion in assets. The Council’s objective
is to address investment issues affecting the size and
security of plan assets. |
