2004 Annual Conference

The 10th Annual Conference of the ICGN took place in Rio de Janiero from 7-9 July 2004. It is the first time that the ICGN Conference has taken place in Latin America.

The theme of the Conference was “Best in Class: How to Make Corporate Governance Succeed”

The Conference was co-hosted by:
Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) - the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission
Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC) - the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance
BOVESPA - Brazil’s Stock Exchange
