Fairmont Royal York Hotel, London

A half day overview of the new Code in association with Allen & Overy

Duration: Half day  16 September 2010

This new half day overview is intended as a route map to the new Code, focusing on the key changes, shifts in emphasis and implications for governance practice. Delegates will hear from the FRC on how the Regulator views the new Code and a number of senior Allen & Overy advisors will look in detail at the changes and how they might be implemented.

The course provides an essential overview for any governance practitioner who needs to engage with the new Code and stay up-to-date with the changing governance landscape.
